1a) 0:00 – 10:30 – Every 1:30 x 7 sets:
Hang Snatch +
Overhead SquatWarm-up as needed. Start around 60% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit. We will be working this complex for the next 3 weeks.
1b) 10:30 – 21:00 – Every 1:30 x 7 sets:
Hang Clean +
JerkWarm-up as needed. Start around 60% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit. We will be working this complex for the next 3 weeks.
2) 7 minute Up Ladder:
3 Dumbbell Thrusters 35/25
3 Pull-upsWorkout is performed as 3+3, 6+6, 9+9, and so on until 7 minutes is up.
3) Pegboard: 10 minutes PracticeWork on any facet of a Peg Board.
4) Seated Wide Grip Cable Row: 3 sets of 20Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
