1) 5 rounds AQAP:
20 Wall Balls 14/8
20 Knee Push-ups
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Front Squats 35/25
10 Ring Rows
Perform the Dumbbell Squats as 5 on each side.
2) Belt Squat Marching w/Dumbbells: 5 minutes
Hold some light Dumbbells in your hands. You pick the loading for the Belt Squat Machine. Goal is 5 minutes with no breaks.
