CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program. It is used to teach children to be healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out, thus avoiding problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design Broad, General, Inclusive and wrapped in fun! Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our specialty is not specializing. Our goal is to support the specialist as well as reward the generalist.
The CrossFit Kids program is designed for scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual child regardless of experience. We use the same routines for 5 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale workout load intensity that differs by degree not kind.
CrossFit Kids classes are designed and coached with the specific demands and needs of children in mind. The program is designed for children of all athletic abilities from 5-15 years of age.
